WHAT IS THE SETTING FOR THE VACATION?

All Vacation homes are individual (free standing). These homes have been bought and furnished specifically as a "vacation" home. Although no two homes look alike, furnishing style and quality is very similar from one home to another. All properties are furnished and equipped to high standards.

How old are the Homes?
We are constantly add new homes to our inventory.

Where are the Homes Located?
All of our homes are located within 10 to 15 minute driving distance to the entrance of Disney World.

Do the Homes have Cable?
All our Orlandoholiday homes and condos have basic cable. There are no movie channels, or pay-per-view available.
All homes have at least 2 T.V.'s, one in the gathering room and one in the master bedroom.

What are your office hours?
The operating hours for the Reservation office is 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sundays. Key pick up and registration must be done at the check-in office.

How many Guest does the Home or Condo vill sleep?
2 guests in each room, and an additional 2 on the sleeper sofa.

   5 bedroom home sleeps 12
   6 bedroom home sleeps 14

The above are the MAXIMUM amount of guests allowed as directed by State Fire Regulations and include all persons, regardless of age or size.

Where is Shopping/Grocery Stores?
Guests have the option to order a "Welcome Food Pack" in the home upon arrival - this is especially useful for late evening arrivals. Please take a look at the Optional Services sheet for details and pricing. All of our homes are located in communities that are within 10 minutes to a Goodings, Publix or Winn Dixie grocery store. Directions are available from any Premier staff member.

What is Provided in the Homes-what do i need to Bring?
All homes are totally furnished and equipped with linens, towels, all kitchen utensils including plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, bake-ware, and pool dishes. We also have the necessities such as hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Homes are stocked with soap, toilet paper and garbage bags upon your arrival, however replacement of these items are YOUR responsibility.

Is maid service included?
All homes are "Self-Catering". The home will be clean upon guest arrival and cleaned again upon guest departure. For cleaning convenience the homes have washer and dryer, dishwasher, vacuum, brushes, mop, etc. We will happily provide daily or weekly maid service for an additional fee. This service can be arranged by contacting any staff member at check-in.

What makes Executive Homes Different?
Our Executive homes have an upgraded "Florida Style" furniture package, beautiful coordinated decor, and are approximately 20% larger in square footage than our Luxury homes. Every Executive home is equipped with a minimum of 2 TV's, 2 telephones, a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a VCR and a poolside BBQ grill.

How does the deposit Work?
A minimum $350.00 deposit is required on every rental. This can be provided in the form of a credit card or check, cashiers check or money order. Balance is due 7 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been made.

Are the pools heated?
All pool homes have heating available. POOL HEATING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE. Pool heating can not be switched on until full payment has been made. The pool will take approximately 5 to 8 hours to heat up to a temperature of 80-82 degrees. Please see Optional Services for details.
